Hi Ed and EMO,
I expect that having one public holiday on a tuesday in France + the
summer vacations played against the participation. I for one missed the
deadline and I know quite a few others at Obeo missed it too. Sorry
about that.
I suggest we re-start the process and re-trigger an election from the start.

I'm a little uncomfortable with an election where the only
justification is to replace someone and where only 4 of 18 committers
vote for a person with no track record committing on the project nor
contributing to the project.
