Hi Everyone, As you might be aware starting on September 27th, 2020 Zoom will be requiring all meetings to have either a passcode set, or the waiting room feature enabled(waiting rooms will be enabled by default). This is meant to improve security and help prevent things like 'zoombombing'.
We encourage you to set passcodes for your meetings that are at least 10 characters long and that contain a mix of numbers and letters, as that will make them much harder to guess. If you have any questions please let the webmaster team know. -Matt.
