Yeah. Ok, so this is an MBIM modem, which is exactly the one which had some issues when doing suspend/resume; so it may be the case that sometimes after a resume the modem wasn't properly initialized. Maybe we're forgetting about another valid case which would trigger a modem id vs sim id mismatch; so unless there is any specific error, I would ignore the issue. You just need to avoid assuming that the indexes will be the same. > > > /org/freedesktop/ModemManager1/Modem/58 (device id > '5bfdb8cd96ec40abe4d7c38c5f0162bb9b340742') > ------------------------- > Hardware | manufacturer: 'Generic' > | model: 'MBIM [1199:A001]' > | revision: 'FIH7160_V1.1_MODEM_01.1349.12' > | supported: 'gsm-umts, lte' > | current: 'gsm-umts, lte' > | equipment id: '013937003751110' > ------------------------- > System | device: > '/sys/devices/pci0000:00/0000:00:14.0/usb3/3-10' > | drivers: 'cdc_mbim, cdc_acm' > | plugin: 'Generic' > | primary port: 'cdc-wdm0' > | ports: 'cdc-wdm0 (mbim), ttyACM0 (at), wwan0 (net)' > ------------------------- > Numbers | own : 'unknown' > ------------------------- > Status | lock: 'sim-pin' > | unlock retries: 'sim-pin (3)' > | state: 'locked' > | power state: 'on' > | access tech: 'unknown' > | signal quality: '0' (cached) > ------------------------- > Modes | supported: 'allowed: 2g, 3g, 4g; preferred: none' > | current: 'allowed: 2g, 3g, 4g; preferred: none' > ------------------------- > Bands | supported: 'unknown' > | current: 'unknown' > ------------------------- > IP | supported: 'ipv4, ipv6, ipv4v6' > ------------------------- > SIM | path: '/org/freedesktop/ModemManager1/SIM/54' > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > On Thu, 30 Apr 2015, Aleksander Morgado wrote: > > ->On Thu, Apr 30, 2015 at 8:57 AM, <[email protected]> wrote: > ->> ->The index number should only apply to modems.
