The Netgear AC340U, based on Sierra Wireless (qmi-firmware-update
works), has at least 3 different firmware upgrades that change the USB
layout in all of them (one QMI-only, one QMI+brokenMBIM, one MBIM-only
IIRC). Plus a "hotfix upgrade" to remove the brokenMBIM in the
QMI+brokenMBIM layout.
