Hi Nicholas, according to the Sierra Wireless website the MC7430 does not support LTE band 32. Your log shows however that there would still be a problem if it did as additional LTE bands are set in the TLV 0x15 value. Assumed to be fixed by the libqmi patch I submitted a few minutes ago.
