I did the update, but I have the same issue: after the sleep, the modem
disappear !
Later I'll do the test enabling manually the ModemManager and
NetworkManager, but I think the logs will be huge; how can I send them
to you?

Yes, that was a mistake in my side. Will try to fix that.
If you apt-get update and install MM again you should now get a
"proper 1.12.2" release. Let me know if that's not the case.
