This is the sixth bugfix release in the ModemManager 1.12.x series.

* Voice interface:
** Fix assertion in call setup/teardown logic.
* Plugins:
** quectel: added port type hints for the EG95, EC25 and EG95.
** telit: added port type hints for the LE910C1.
** zte: added port type hints for the MF667.
** huawei: ignore NDISDUP disconnection errors.
** cinterion: added PLS62 port type hints.
** wavecom: fix loading current capabilities.
* Blacklist:
** Added a chinese clone of Arduino nano.
** Added USB CEC adapters.
* Several other minor fixes.
