Hi, I know the fibocom L830-EB-00 is quite old and the modemmanager version 1.12.6 too.
Nevertheless I can confirm it works with IPv4/IPv6 in Germany with Deutsche Telekom, Vodafone and Telefonica. As well with Deutsche Telekom IPv6-only. Regards, Thomas
