Hi,

My opinion is that we are moderating subscriptions/spam, not real
content, so I'll let it through

I think so, too. We should only reject a message when:

1. It is insulting, criminal or by any other way really not for the lists
2. Someone posts without knowing that these are public mailing lists
3. It's spam

We should not be judging the content, as long as case #1 does not kick
in. :-)

Well, my idea was simple this:
- useless comment with the risk of offending people
- from someone who notably does not take trouble to subscribe normally.
So should I bother moderating that? I don't think so.

There are more people sending un-subscribed over and again, while they have been informed friendly by me (and maybe others) about that etc.
So I don't moderate those. I'm not a paid post-office employee here ;-)

BTW, since when do 'others' know what we discuss here ?

Best,
Cor
