this is a GMANE feature. For the first posting to every list/group, you
have to confirm your address. I wanted to post a link to the page
explaining it, but didn't find it with a quick Google search, but I
recall this is a GMANE standard thing. :)
This will be great news to people on Gmane if you can enable it to work!
It's deployed to all lists now :)
