Grandaddy is playing on the 16th at the Great American Music Hall and they're a fine, fine band along the lines of Pavement, Sparklehorse, and Buck Owens. I don't live anywhere near SF, so I don't have any other dates, but when you get in to town, keep an eye out for other SF bands that rock: Dieselhed, Fuck, Pendulum, and Imperial Teen.
