[MMouse]: New 7"?

Hey folks,
  Is there any official word on a release date for this new MM 7" I keep
hearing about?  How about a release date for the new Built To Spill?  I
finally got "764-Hero/Get here and stay", on recommendation by someone
on this list...I dig it!  Has anyone heard "Duster/Stratosphere" (also
on UP Records)  I like it a lot too.  Any Tom Waits fans on this list by
any chance?  I read that he signed with Epitaph (crazy!) and will have
new material out soon through them!
