I don't understand the Hoopla as well, I would say that I see TFTAI more
than any other Modest Mouse release, both on vinyl and on CD in just about
every record store as well. For those who don't know, here's a quick
discography off the top of my head in order of released (I think).
Blude Cadet 3, Do You Connect? 7" (K Records, also on Japanese Fruit
that ate itself CD)
Broke b/w Whenever I breathe out you breathe in 7"
This is a long drive for someone with nothing to think about CD/Double LP
(The LP is the "real" version of the album, with the songs Edit
the sad parts and A Manic Depressive named Laughing Boy)
A Life of Arctic Sounds b/w Medication 7" (Suicide Squeeze records)
Interstate 8 CD (Up Records)
The Fruit that Ate itself CD/LP (K Records)
Birds Vs. Worms 7" (Hit or Miss Records, 500 copies, hand printed/numbered
sleeves)
The Lonesome Crowded West CD/Double LP (Double LP has bonus track Baby
Blue Sedan)
Other People's Lives b/w Grey Ice Water 7" (Up Records)
Never Ending Math Equation b/w Working on Leaving The Living 7"
(Sub Pop Singles Club, pressing of 1500 [i think])
Whenever You See Fit 12" single (with 764-HERO, both bands doing one long
long song with two remixes on the B side)
Compilation Appearances (that I know of)
"Mice Eat Cheese" on the Magic Eye Singles Collection
"Dramamine" on Up Reocrds #000 promo only 7 inch
"Heart Cooks Brain" on the Up In Orbit CD compilation
"Buttons to Push the Buttons" on the Zum Audio Volume 2 compilation
Isaac also appears on another Magic Eye Singles 7" with friends as Ugly
Cassnova, their song is called "To Roads to Go, To Roads to go" (the
single is on white vinyl, sleeve printed on the back of a cereal box,
pressing of 500)
phew.....if anyone else knows anything else, let me know.
Oh, and PS: I have all of these 8*)
