first - to the new mm fan - i still don't think stp are a bad band. not great. but not bad. or maybe it's just my eighth/ninth grade nostalgia kicking in. alanis, reel big fish, etc. . .pretty horrible. second - blue cadet was their first release, a few months (somewhere between 2 and 6?) before broks 7", which was about 4 months or so (roughly) before Long Drive. or, correct me if i'm wrong. that's just about the order i was able to get my hands on them. star
