Funny, I love ELO, but I never really thought of them as a guilty pleasure.
They are a great band. I have my parents to thank for raising me on awesome
music, like ELO, the stylistics, the zombies, the kinks, and junk like that.
However, I would say that my WHAM cd is definitely a guilty pleasure. Hey, am
I really the only one who has a soft spot for careless whisper?

<< Yeah, I grew up with ELO, too... I actually own several CDs of theirs, as
well as some LPs I got for $1 each in the bargain bins at my local record
stores. Even some 45s of theirs... My brother who's 13 years older than I
am got me into ELO when I was 4, and they were my favorite band until I was
 11 or 12. They've got history...
It all really sticks out from my record collection, so, much to my dismay,
it's pretty hard to hide... guilty pleasures, indeed. >>
