i was thinking listeneing to cdnow samples from the new pavement (which i
dont have yet) and then reading reviews of it. they said it sounds more
like slanted and enchanted than the previeous few recordings, but i didnt
like s&e as much as most people do, i guess the new thing is to sound all
wierd and shit, but to do it with slick recording. so the new pavement
stuff sounds good to me. i guess what im saying is that the label will
probably let them do whatever the hell they want as long as they get to
use their big money polishing equipment. which is fine with me.
