this lyric-naming thing is a good idea....the ones you all posted already i
totally would have put up there myself.....so, i'll add a few:
"i'm trying to get my head clear, i push things out through my mouth,
but i get refilled through my ears"------i feel just like that all the time,
or just like the way those words make me feel, i don't know how they make
everyone else feel (that's the way it goes with it all though)
"every sick, fickle fucker"-----perfect anger and frustration
"if you stand in a circle, then you'll all have a back to bite
back"------i seem to like what sounds like good anger to me
"just the smell of the summer can make me fall in love"----did isaac
write that? whoever did, i adore that line, it gets stuck in my head lots
"eating snow flakes with plastic forks, and a paper plate of
course-you think of everything."------not sure why i like that. it's clever.
"open the window and let in some sky, it's almost half-past two, and
you can tell by the light."-----i'm big on light, different light, like right
before sunset, when everything turns kinda gold-i call that the pretty light.
and windows. i spend too much time staring out the window and i hate having
them shut.
"when i can work out how it was, then i'll tell you. tv stained my
memories."----i just like it. reminds me of trying to tell a story and having
problems getting it out right....hmmmm......outright:)
i think that's enough additions from me, all their lyrics hit me-that's why
they're my favorite band. i hope everybody is having a happy life.
