when this list was actually talking about modest mouse, not getting in
arguments & leaving long profiles i dont have the tolerance or interest to
read...lauren asked about what song <just the smell of the summer can make me
fall in love> was from & everyone ignored her. that line is from
"summer" on "fruit that ate itself" but not according to the lyric sheet in
my import cd.....the sheet says the lyrics are <just the smell of this song
can make me fall in love> Does anyone know the truth? ive heard that the
only reason that sheet is in there is because it is unlawful for it not to be
& that the lyrics aren't even contrived from the band but just a loose
translation.

if you wanna complain about them signing to epic listen to the above songs &
try to tell me they're not worthy of all the success in the world! almost
all "indie" labels get major label distribution when it comes to getting on
the shelves of yr local record store............... if you like it...listen.
