Ya know, I'm glad someone else thought it was scary. I keep running into people who say that Blair Witch just didn't scare them. I haven't seen Eyes Wide Shut yet, but Blair Witch is the best movie I've seen in a long time. I walked out of the theater, and my hands were shaking. No movie has tweaked me as much as that one. If you haven't seen the movie yet, you may not wanna read this...... The complaint I hear most is that, since it is common knowledge that the directors were trying to scare them in the woods at night, it was impossible to be scared. But then, wouldn't this be the case with every scary movie? I mean, the fun is to pretend its real, and get into it. Otherwise, its a waste if $8. Another thing I heard alot is that people didn't understand the last shot of the movie. I mean, how hard is it to watch a movie and understand whats happening. I guess I'm being closed-minded, but it seems that if you watched, and listened to everything going on, you'd understand how powerful the last shot was. Maybe I just liked the movie too much.... --watching peewee's playhouse, *mer*
