i think this is a great thread, so i'll shar my two cents... one song that always brings my to tears of happiness is Velvet Waltz by built to spill. when doug croons "and you better not be angry..." it gets me every time. The second song which is very lovelorn and shows a great sense of knowing you have to give up is a song called "mind over what matters" by a local band called one in a million. These three guys wrote the most amazing and sincere songs that really chnaged me. If anyone wants a tape, let me know and i'll be happy to make you one. one of the lines from the song goes "when i learn to trust myself, maybe i'll give up all the times you said i might be spiteful, and it's my life i should re-arrange, spend some time on my own untill you belive..." well, the whole song is brilliant. e-mail me if you'd like it all. take care everyone brian*
