conan also seems to be a heavy supporter of this here 'indie scene'
--- he's had built to spill on at least once that i know of and ben
folds five about thirty times. (from what i understand, bff was on
when they were still techincally an indie band that no one had ever
heard of.) and andy interviewed pavement a year or two back, so...
i *DEFINATLY* wouldn't complain about seeing modest mouse on
a late night show. that is, as long as it was announced beforehand
so i could actually get the vcr ready. that, and if it wasn't leno -- i
*HATE* jay leno.
and also, to make my friend joe (who's lurking on the list) happy, i
saw blair witch project on saturday. i was really looking forward to
seeing it, and wasn't disappointed. sure, it wasn't the scariest
movie ever; but i feel it was worth the four bucks. and i can
honestly say that it was a lot better than the new austin powers
film...
