They're not... I was just pointing out that he's a politician that
actually has the testicular fortitude to say some "unpopular" things,
and in the case of marijuana legalization, something I agree with as
well, and that the Reform Party, if they stick to being somewhat
libertarian (socially liberal, business-wise conservative), would be
better than either the Republicans or Democrats.

Most people, if they knew ANY of the facts about marijuana, I believe
would agree that it should be legal.  It's all but indisputable that
it's far less harmful than alcohol (it's not physically addictive,
doesn't impair one's abilities as much, you can't die from smoking too
much pot in one sitting, it very rarely induces violence whereas alcohol
commonly does, etc.)
