Ok.

I've found somebody who's gone WAY too far for my taste on eBay. This is not you're
run of the mill cheap fuck selling shit they're not supposed to. (parddon the
language, I'm fumed)

1st : I log on and see rare Built to Spill tunes for sale. Whaddyaknow, it's a live
show from The Crystal Ballroom. So some dude is selling boots. But wait a minute,
this guy is selling the show that I recorded from 6.2.99!!!! It's one thing to find
out that a guy is selling boots, and even worse to find out that his auction is up to
$40.00 for a show that you recorded. Selling boots is bullshit anyway because it
hurts an otherwise harmless hobby. I'll have the info for anyone interested below.

This wasn't the only thing.

2nd: This guy's got a Modest Mouse show up for sale that looks a lot like the Dallas
show. And, he's concocted artwork with pictures from the Crystal Night web page! I
wonder what the odds are that Bruce gave permission to this guy to sell boots with
artwork from his page.

I've used web pictures to create personal artwork, but I'll never use it to make a
buck.

Before I bitch way too much about something that the rest of you may not give a shit
about, I'll just give you his email address that anyone can look up on eBay. You have
a day and a half to flame this guy before I turn his ass in.

Here's the address I got from eBay:

Here's the page with the Modest Mouse boot:

Here's the page with the BTS boot (not my artwork):

Sorry about all the negativity, but it's about the MUSIC (my hero's music to be exact).
