not to sound antagonistic or reactionary, but i'm sorta thinking that the
BUNCH of people you know that aren't going may be pretty narrow-minded
themselves if they opt to not go because of unfounded rumour.

i think most punk/indie rock kids prematurely assume that if a band has any
christian associations or background, that it coincidentally implies their
narrow-mindedness and/or homophobia.

from what i know of david, he's always been extremely conscious of remaining
open to new and different ideas, even within the religious dictum he adheres
to.  at very least, i am certain that he does not condescend others because
of some trivial dissonance in lifestyle choice.

supposedly there was this whole fiasco over Pedro playing with Cadallaca:
Cadallaca realising they were a Christian band and canceling a number of
shows together because of it.

who, exactly, is being narrow-minded here?
