More imporant than not believing everything you read (which is definitely a
good rule to live by, I'd have to say) is DON'T BELIVE EVERYTHING YOU'RE TOLD,
and DON'T BELIEVE EVERYTHING YOU'RE TAUGHT, even if it's by the people who
you've learned to trust the most. The one thing you can do for yourself and
your own knowledge is pushing the limits of what you believe, and challenging
your own beliefs. Okay., so this doesn't have anything to do with Modest
