a few things.....
happy holidays, whatever they may be, happy non-holidays as well.
December is so strange, it's the month I was born in, the month I go back
home for the holidays, and one way or another, there always seems to be
tension associated with this time of the year. I just saw the Charlie Brown
Christmas special and that kind of cheered me up, but now what.....
Anyway, since this is a modest mouse list serve, I was just wondering
which album you guys prefer, The Lonesome Crowded West or This is a Long
Drive For Someon With Nothing To Think About? They both have damn good
titles, they both have cool layouts, it's the same people playing and all,
etc. I've always liked Lonesome better, because I can listen to it all the
entire release without having to skip over any of the songs. Long Drive has
always seemed a little bit long winded, until recently, I've really gotten
back into listening to it on a regular basis. What do you guys think?
Also, I love "The Hot Rock" LP, I think it's just as good as "Call The
Doctor."
redundantly yours,
MIKE
