Okay...you guys have probably had this thread many times before...but I'm
curious. What is your favorite Modest Mouse album? The only one that I
have is "This is a Long Drive for Someone With Nothing to Think About" and
I want to get another one. I just am wondering which other one I should
get. Thanks.
i dunno..there's something great about each album :P
overall perhaps LCW is the best album? i'm not sure..but i'm confident
enough in saying that one makes me feel stuff in general.
TIALDFSWNTTA (pronounced tea-ald-fuusssswunnttta) has the best stuff
musically i think..i mean, LCW is better lyrically, but this has some
pretty sweet guitar work. uhmmm i personally feel that on this album the
music is peaceful in the long run. there's a lot of rage and stuff, i
realize, but there's just a good feeling that i get from this album when
i'm done listening to it. i dunno if other people might find that sadistic
or what..that's just how i feel.
I8 - best song ever written is on this cd ;) "broke," or at least i'm
pretty sure "broke" is on it...that to me has to be like one of the most
incredible songs ever written.
as far as the fruit that ate itself and stuff like that goes..uhmmmm i'm
not gonna comment on those one way or the other. i like them, i love them
even but i imagine most of you guys'll be talking specifically about LCW,
TIALDFSWNTTAboot, and I8.
