Come to the restaurant that I work for (if you are in Seattle), Cafe Flora. It is located on twenty-ninth and Madison, has an awesome brunch with VEGAN WAFFLES! Brunch is on the weekends from 9 until 2pm. The restaurant is great for dinner as well but I work primarily brunch shifts!
