Fact; we only know about the functions of, roughly, 12% of our brain.

Fact; things happen that we do not understand.

Fact; there *is* a missing link in our evolutionary chart, period.

Fact; the Bible is an accurate, albeit biased, historical account and
none of the events described in the Bible have been disproven - not even
the whole Sodom shabang.

Fact; it is *not* considered a "social norm" to believe in God or a
god - infact, those that voice their opinion that there is a God or gods
are shunned by the majority. Many high-profile celebrities are advised to
keep their mouths shut when it comes to their spiritual beliefs so as not
to alienate any consumer microcosms from giving them their money for their
product. Those of you that fancy yourselves non-conformists (or whatever)
because of your athiestic beliefs go through far less social scrutiny
and/or dismissal than those who voice their belief in a God or gods.

The above are facts. Below are opinions.

"Atheist" can be translated to "I believe that my beliefs cannot be
changed." If God or a god were to appear before an atheist, would they
still be an atheist? No. How could they be? To continue, atheists are
guilty of the same ridiculous mindset as, say, a fundamentalist Christian
who also believes that their beliefs cannot be changed. But if proof were
shown to them that there is not a God or gods, would they still be a
fundamentalist Christian? Probably. They're stupid like that. But you
can't prove that there isn't a God or gods.

But I digress! My point is that while it *is* possible to prove that
there is a God or gods by one of these deities showing themselves to us, it
is *not* possible to prove that they *don't* exist. You follow? So then
why do atheists exist? It's a ridiculous way to be. Agnosticism makes
total sense, because they are at least confident enough to admit that there
are things that exist that they may not know about, and aren't afraid to
say so.

So yes. Down with atheism. It's not only ignorant, but it makes no
sense.
