You'll be able to see Turing Machine, but not The Shipping News. From
the latest 4040 update;

The only R5 Productions/4040/Stalag/DIY/etc show in Philadelphia that
I ever saw people get turned away from *before the show even began* due to
running out of tickets was The Getup Kids. I think you'll be fine,
especially with the cancellation of two of the four bands. The "top secret
band" still hasn't been announced, though, so keep your ears open for it.
