yes, cap'n jazz is back together...under the name civil war or soemthign to 
that effect. They are playing this summer in chicago and may tour after that.

In philly, go to spaceboy records on south street. whiel there eat at either 
jims steaks or lorenzos pizza, depending on your preference. so good.
