International Noise Conspiracy is just another crappy 60's garage rock band who happen to include member(s?) of Refused. Refused were pure genius. On another note, I know it's not considered ok to dislike MTV, but it really does bother me that Refused is on there. They have to be one of the most political bands ever, and the fact that they made a video sort of lends itself to cries of the H word.
