i know that in arizona you have to provide at least one source of free
drinkable water, or else they cannot make you pay for it. however, a couple
of years back i went to the warp tour at the celebrity theater and there was
free water, but there was only ONE drinking fountain in the whole place and
there was a line longer than any line in the place just for water. so i drank
out of the bathroom faucet and it was gross.
