actually, i think i was born to play shaft. i could say "you're my cracker"
better than him. to tell you the truth, the role was offered to me, but
sammy (that's what i call him) go way back and i owed him a favor. i think
he's going to win an academy award for this role, but he's going to have
pretty tough competition from jason biggs in "boys and girls".
