I recently picked up a book called "house of leaves," by mark danielewski and 
I must say it is unlike anything i have ever come across.  The best 
comparison I can make to it is the blair witch project.  It is basically the 
story of a house whose inside is bigger than the outside...it is very creepy. 
It is told in numerous formats, with pictures, bizarre footnotes, and 
backwards writing...has anyone else heard of it?
