On a related note, I saw the Spitkickers tour in Philadelphia on
Thursday...very good show, it had Biz Markie, Bigfoot, Armaghetto (best name
ever), Talib Kweli and Hi Tek, Commonsense, and De La Soul (Pharoh Monche is
on the tour but he was ill)....it was good, but there were too many
openers....and biz, oddly enough, only played records...and he had a bob
marley/cheers theme song sing along...and he took off his shirt, which was
jive...anyway, great show, i'd recommend it, but bring a chair and come an
hour late
