basically when you hit the string with a pick or whatever, your fret hand
barely touches the string you are harmonicing..it's almost like a hover, but
with slight contact..to get a nice harmonic you have to be right over the
actual fret itself, not in between them...in addition, to create the smooth
sounds isaac does on draminmine, he's got the guitar pretty hot and he's
using his whammy bar to control the harmonic..it takes a lot of touch to get
it right, but isaac does it well..

harmonics are the overtones created when you barely touch the string and
then 
play(there should be no string/fretboard contact...they are the high pitched

sounds you hear...i hope this is the answer to the question you were asking 
and that you werent looking for a specific kind of harmonic
