Oh my God!! I can't believe you guys are discussing Madame/Waylon Flowers! I used to be SOOOOO afraid of Madame when I was like 5. I thought she was a witch. You guys might find this interesting: A friend of mine got me this video from the eighties featuring Mr. Flowers and his alter ego doing stand up. I guess it's a really rare video.f It's a little more "racy" than the stuff on Solid Gold (profanity, etc.) I've actually been thinking about starting a Waylon Website, since there are NONE out there. All that I really know about him is that he was gay (obviously) and he did die of AIDS in 1988 (all absolutely true). I think he was really cool and that he never really got the recognition as a ventriloquist/puppeteer that he deserved. Peace out!!
