Title: The Mouse Experience #1

Just got back from my first mouse show here in Columbus. Pretty cool. I almost got in a fight with a sweaty fat kid because he took off his shirt and twirled over his head and he whipped me and I said, "Put yer shirt back on fatty." and then he pushed me saying, "Fatty can kick yer ass" and a security guard who just happened to witness the whole thing got him into a sleeper hold or something.

First, the opening bands, the shins, were pretty cool. They were kinda low key. 764 Hero rocked ass as the lead singer expectorated all over the mic leaving dripping streams of saliva. They played a great show.

Some guy in seemingly a towel introed Modest Mouse and the lead from the Shins came out and tore it from around his ass. He had undies on too.

Lots of moshing. I was pretty surprised. Got violent during Doin the Cockroach, Cowboy Dan, and Alone Down There. Then, it seemed they were done. But they came back on and started into Grey Ice Water and some guy jumped on stage raised his arms and dove. Some Bouncer chased after him and grabbed him and the guitarist stopped and said, "If you throw him out, we aren't playing" Everyone cheered but I think they kept escorting this fella away. The band looks a little confused for a bit as the guitarist chases after them followed by Lord Brock. They were gone for a while and upon their return, Isaac uttered some unfriendly words regarding the venue and the people who run it and said some smart-ass thing and they continued.

Bad-ass show. I saw a lot of people with cameras.

Did anyone else who went, hear what he was saying on stage?
