This has been discussed on this list before. Check the
mail archives. The bottom line is that you have to keep
going to O'Reilly for permission. You're certainly never
going to see another Perl book from another publisher
with a camel on the cover.

(And O'Reilly owns and operates perl.com, so that's not a 
particularly good example.)
