A couple of guys thought it might be cookies. The last few days,
I've been running Netscape 4.7 (Win98) with cookies turned off,
so I went there, and the first time I got a form; the second
time, I got the results of the query.
Then the interesting thing happened. I fired up the (work of
Satan) MS Internet Explorer and pasted the URI there. I got the
query results!
Could this thing be caching my IP address? Either that, or else
Netscape is lying to me about its cookie acceptance status, and
there's hanky panky going on between Netscape and MSIE.
I then typed the same URI into Netscape on my Unix box, and I got
the form. I'm betting caching.
I hope this is of help to you.
