Apparently a lot of people are interested in man.cgi so rather than
emailing replies to each person individually, I'm going to take the easy
out and spam the list. (Appologies in advance to those who don't care.)

You can find man.cgi as part of the man2html package located at:

http://www.oac.uci.edu/indiv/ehood/man2html.html

Note, that I've just about finished a major re-write of the man.cgi script
to make it run natively under modperl (without Apache::Registry). I'm
going to try to get the original author of the man2html package to include
it in future releases. I will also make it available independantly later
this week on the Linux KB Project web site:

http://www.linuxkb.org/source/

If I can't get the man2html author to include it with his distribution,
I'll announce it seperately on Freshmeat.net too.
