Apache::ASP and PerlSetVar

Hi,

Is there any way to get to PerSetVar values from ASP?  I have a few 
configuration items that I need to access from both ASP pages and 
handlers.  I'd hate to replicate the same data in two different places: 
httpd.conf and global.asa.
