Apache::ASP & HTTP's validation model

Hi,

Having searched through the documentation, source code and the archives I 
found no references to how Apache::ASP works with the validation 
model.  I'm primarily talking about handling the 'Last-Modified' and 
'If-Modified-Since' headers.  Does it at all?
