yep.

one issue was resolved, that was triggered by MIME::foo messing with %INC
while mod_perl was iterating over it.

and, as vivek mentioned, dso mod_perl does a complete teardown
(perl_destruct), but it leaks a bit (far worse leak if perl_destruct is
not called), so static mod_perl still does not do the complete teardown.
