Actually I think that Apache::ASP is coming right along with it's
support of XML and the underlying behaviors.
I'm not well versed in Microsoft's Next Generation Windows System
(NGWS) but would appreciate hearing more about how it differs from
some of the latest Apache::ASP enhancements.
