Unlikely, as that site was likely written with VBScript, as most
IIS/ASP sites are.  Ime Smits is working on a VBScript emulator
to work with Apache::ASP that will make this kind of port 
much easier.  If the site was written with PerlScript then you
are in luck, and the port should be fairly trivial.
