Stuff you want to know:

This is a fun shop building really interesting applications using all
mod_perl on a few Linux boxes. The shop is almost entirely Unix.
Mostly Linux, some IRIX ( O2s ), and a few NetBSD boxes thrown in as
well. The previous programmer left for greener pastures. I started
working here to apprentice under him. He is a god. ;) If you're a
very strong perl/mod_perl programmer and are wanting to take yourself
to that next level, this might be your opportunity to learn from his
code. I thought I was pretty good before working there, but now I'm
at least 3 times better than I was.

His code is beautiful, so you should not worry about the typically
   scary "supporting legacy code" problem.

www.ljworld.com ( as well as the 11 other newspapers ) are all
developed and displayed via mod_perl applications.
