After setting up my system via CPAN, I've just compiled
mod_perl-1.24_01 and Apache 1.3.14 on Mklinux DR3.
Make concludes happily without any errors.
When I run make test I get the following errors:
Syntax error on line 62 of
/../t/conf/httpd.conf: can't locate loadable object for module
Apache::Constants in @INC (@INC contains ....) at
/usr/downloads/mod_perl-1.24_01/blib/lib/mod_perl.pm line 16
Compileation failed in require at
.../lib/Apache.pm line 6
...(more stuff here)
server failed to start! (please
examine t/logs/error_log) at t/TEST line 95
Interestingly, no file is created in /logs.
So it seems I need to include some other paths in @INC.
Please could someone suggest some steps I might take now to get
this going? I am a relative novice so please feel free to
include seemingly obvious advice...
Regards,
Rodney
