Your Apache seems to be trying to build for a 2.0.x variant of
Unixware but your perl was built for 2.1.3. What are you actually
running?
It may not be your problem in this case, but it does certainly
make a difference to how Apache builds if I recall correctly without
having any of the work machines here to check.
You may also need to add -DNO_WRITEV to the extra C flags for Apache
though I'm not sure if I've ever checked to see if that is fixed
in 2.1.3 or not.
